CFM Gender Assessment

The Climate Fund Managers is an for-profit investment managing organisation. They work in areas most affected by impacts of climate change and seek to mitigate and built resilience towards the climate crisis by providing financial solutions for infrastructure development.

It help them understand context in potential funding countries, they commissioned a Gender Assessment of country and global context on issues and needs in the area of gender, climate and WASH. This included reviewing 12 different potential countries they sought to fund.

I pulled country policy documents and data around gender and WASH within each country. I reviewed all pulled data for 18 countries (including reviewing documents in French, Spanish and Portuguese) and wrote analysis based off findings. These reviews fed into the greater Gender Assessment.
