Circular Clarity People and Value Policy

Circular Clarity seeks to work towards a circular world by working with SMEs in their transition to a circular model.

 

As part of their commitment to “walk the walk”, their core values are embedded in all activities they conduct. One of the main areas they place as an important aspect to achieve goals is putting people at the centre of all their work. To demonstrate this, they sought to create a People and Values policy into their organization.

 

Working in close collaboration of the organization and conducting secondary-data desk review, I created a People and Values policy. The policy aligns closely with Circular Clarity’s core values and around the concept that people are at the centre.

Circular Clarity Integrity Policy

As an advisor to Circular Clarity, I had the privilege of supporting their commitment to upholding integrity in all aspects of their work. In line with their values of transparency, ethical governance, and accountability, we collaborated closely to develop their Integrity Policy, which now serves as the foundation for all of their operations.

Through a co-creation process, involving both internal stakeholders and external best practices, we designed a policy that ensures integrity remains a guiding principle in every decision and partnership Circular Clarity undertakes. My role involved facilitating workshops, conducting secondary-data research, and providing strategic guidance to ensure the policy aligned with their mission of driving the transition to a circular economy.

One of the key outcomes of this project was the integration of the Integrity Policy into several other core policies, including the People and Circular Value Policy, and the Risk Assessment Policy. These policies work together to promote a holistic approach to integrity across the organization, ensuring ethical decision-making and risk mitigation are embedded into their processes. By placing integrity at the forefront, Circular Clarity demonstrates its commitment to building long-term, trustworthy relationships with its partners while staying true to its core values.

This project has been a testament to Circular Clarity’s dedication to "walking the walk," ensuring that integrity not only drives their internal practices but also their engagement with the wider community as they support SMEs in transitioning to circular business models.
