About the Client
The Laudes Foundation supports the transition to an inclusive economy by addressing climate and social challenges through transformative funding.

My Role & Task
As a member of the Convive Collective ecosystem, I contributed to Phase 2 of the Laudes Developmental Evaluation (DE), which aimed to deepen understanding of systemic change and refine strategic direction.

  • Outcome Harvesting: Applied outcome harvesting methodologies to capture and analyze programme-level impacts.

  • Analytical Review: Leveraged innovative tools, including ChatGPT, to systematically review reports and extract significant impacts.

  • Stories of Change: Developed evidence-based narratives combining qualitative and quantitative insights.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conducted Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to validate findings.

  • Sensemaking Facilitation: Co-delivered a presentation for Laudes staff, guiding reflection on programme outcomes and alignment with foundation strategy.

Impact
The evaluation provided Laudes Foundation with clear, evidence-based narratives of systemic impact, informed strategic decision-making at programme and foundation levels, and supported future planning to scale and deepen systemic change.
