Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy

Tully’s Consultancy is committed to conducting all business operations with the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and transparency. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption in any form.
1. Purpose
This policy is designed to:
- Prevent bribery, corruption, and unethical behavior.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including the **UK Bribery Act 2010** and other anti-corruption regulations.
- Promote ethical conduct across all operations.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All employees, contractors, consultants, and representatives of Tully’s Consultancy.
- Third parties, including clients, partners, suppliers, and vendors.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Bribery: Offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting anything of value (e.g., cash, gifts, favors) to influence decisions.
- Facilitation Payments: Small, unofficial payments to expedite routine government actions.
- Kickbacks: Returning a portion of payment to secure a contract or benefit.
- Gifts and Hospitality: Giving or receiving gifts that could be seen as influencing business decisions.
4. Responsibilities
- Employees and Representatives: Must avoid any activities that could lead to bribery or corruption. Report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Management: Responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy and conducting due diligence on third parties.
5. Reporting Violations
Any suspected violations must be reported to tullyvk1@gmail.com or management immediately. Reports will be kept confidential, and retaliation against whistleblowers will not be tolerated.
6. Training and Compliance
All representatives of Tully’s Consultancy must complete periodic training on anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance.
7. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Non-compliance with this policy will result in disciplinary action, including termination of contracts or employment. Legal action may also be pursued.
